Your coffee, your way
We adopt a flexible approach when working with clients, offering different delivery options.
Courier to the door
Courier service delivery “to the door” (DHL / FedEx) — suitable for individuals or small companies. It does not require customs clearance, with a delivery time of up to 2 weeks.
Air freight
Ideal for quick shipments of coffee from 120 kg. Includes delivery to the destination airport (CIP) or to the door (DDP). Customs clearance by a third-party broker may be required.
Container shipping
The most economical but slowest method. We work directly with shipping lines such as MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk and CMA.
Delivery cost — FedEx
Door-to-door courier estimate. We pack in 24 kg and 12 kg boxes; one courier consignment carries up to 60 kg — larger orders are split into several shipments, each priced separately.
FedEx options
Destination not served by courier, or still have questions? Write to sales@lafamiliacafe.co — we normally answer within a few minutes.
Good to know
A micro-lot is a small batch kept separate by a single farm, variety and processing method, so its character is preserved. Nano and pico lots are even smaller, rarer selections — sometimes only a few bags.
All of our coffee is grown on family-run farms in Colombia — primarily the Nariño and Risaralda regions — and we trade directly with the growers, with full traceability to the lot.
Yes. We are a B2B coffee exporter and ship worldwide to roasters and importers — courier to the door, air freight, or full container, depending on volume.
Every lot is cupped and scored to the CQI protocol by our own Q-grader. You can request samples of any lot in the catalogue — just get in touch and we'll arrange it.
