2. Purpose of the site

This site presents La Familia Café's specialty green-coffee catalogue and lets buyers, roasters and importers request information, samples, prices and orders. Prices, availability and scores are shown for information and may change; every transaction is confirmed by quote and express acceptance between the parties.

3. Nature of requests

Submitting a form (contact, sample, price or order) is a request for information or an expression of interest, not a firm purchase. The commercial relationship, delivery terms (e.g. FOB, CIP, CIF or DDP), minimum order quantity (MOQ) and final price are agreed in writing between La Familia Café and the customer.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, trademarks, logos and content on the site belong to La Familia Café or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

5. Data protection & cookies

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

6. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Colombian courts, without prejudice to the rights the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) grants to consumers.
