In compliance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and related rules, LA FAMILIA CAFE S.A.S ("La Familia Café") provides data subjects with this Data Processing Policy.

2. Data we collect
Through the contact, sample-request, price-request and order forms we collect: your name, email, phone number and the message or request you send us. Through cookies and analytics we may collect browsing data (see the Cookie Policy). We do not knowingly collect sensitive data or data from minors.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to: (i) respond to contact, sample, price and order requests; (ii) send quotes and manage the commercial relationship; (iii) send lot, harvest and availability information when requested; (iv) meet legal, accounting and export obligations; (v) improve the website and our services through usage statistics.
4. Authorization
Collecting your data requires your prior, express and informed authorization, given by ticking the acceptance box on the relevant form or by accepting cookies. Authorization may be withdrawn at any time through the channels below.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: know, update and rectify your data; request proof of the authorization given; be informed how your data is used; file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC); withdraw authorization and/or request deletion of your data where no legal or contractual duty requires keeping it; and access your data free of charge.
6. How to exercise your rights
Write to Info@lafamiliacafe.co with the subject "Data Protection", stating your name, your request and a way to reach you. We answer queries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days; if not possible, we will tell you why and give a new date.
7. Retention
Data is kept while a commercial relationship exists or while needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security & transfers
We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures. We use service providers (e.g. web hosting and analytics such as Google) acting as Processors; some transfers may involve sending data outside Colombia, always under adequate protection standards.
