Geisha (also spelled Gesha) is the variety that reshaped specialty coffee — prized for its jasmine and bergamot aromatics, tea-like body and crystalline acidity. It thrives only at high altitude and rewards meticulous picking and processing, which is why it sits at the very top of the market. The Geisha micro-lots below are grown on family farms in Colombia and graded to the CQI protocol by our experienced Q-grader.
