Italian espresso machine manufacturer La San Marco has introduced the La 125, its new mid-range flagship model. The machine is the first new product developed entirely under the ownership of French conglomerate Groupe SEB, which acquired the company in 2023.
The La 125 is constructed with powder-coated die-cast aluminum side panels and uses less plastic than previous models. It is available in both single-boiler and multi-boiler configurations, with the latter offering independent temperature control for each grouphead. All models feature insulated boilers for improved thermal stability and energy efficiency, controlled via a central 2.8-inch touchscreen.
According to the company, the new model is positioned to make multi-boiler technology more accessible than its higher-end La D and La E Luxury machines. The La 125, which was first shown at HostMilano in 2025, is scheduled to enter the United States market in January 2027.
