The El Obraje farm is located in the southern part of the department of Nariño, at altitudes of 2,000–2,300 meters, on the slope of a dormant volcano in the municipality of Tangua. The rocky soil here is rich in minerals, and the temperature over the course of the day ranges from 32 °C at midday to 8 °C and below at night. These temperature swings affect the density of the coffee beans and shape a cup profile with exceptionally clean and complex acidity.

On the farm, which spans almost 90 hectares, coffee is grown on only 35 — the Geisha and Caturra varieties. The rest of the land was turned by Pablo Guerrero into a natural forest reserve. By planting more trees and implementing effective landscape design, he was able to preserve the unique microclimate as well as provide access to every corner of the farm.

The El Obraje farm gained international recognition in 2021, taking 1st and 2nd place at the Colombian COE (Cup of Excellence) championship, and now Pablo continues to produce coffee of the highest level, chosen for competing at various championships.
